What are you thankful for?

Try this at home! The next time you’re upset about what’s going on in your life, take a moment to think about all the things you have to be thankful for. It’s a simple task, yet so many people don’t do it. I always find it amazing how my spirits are always lifted when I stop to think about God’s grace and mercy in my life. He’s brought me through so much and has completely changed my life for the better, but I would not have known how blessed I am, had I not stopped to think about it. That’s what this exercise is.
